How to Use the Order Window for Trading
Placing Orders Made Easy
This video shows you how to use the Order Window on the Sharekhan app to place trades.
First, select a stock by tapping on "Trade/Quote" at the bottom of the app.
Then, follow the steps to place a Buy order. You'll see the different options in the Order Window, including:
Action (Buy or Sell)
Order Type (Market, Limit, etc.)
Quantity (how many shares)
Price (at which price)
Validity (how long the order is valid)
The Order Window also has extra features to help you make informed decisions:
Market Depth (shows market demand and supply)
Charts (shows stock price history)
Fundamentals (shows key stock information)
